Welcome to ODYSSEY – our programme inspired by the principles of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi. Stream classes on-demand into your own space – choose from a variety of class lengths and focuses to improve your strength, flexibility, balance and mindfulness.

By definition an Odyssey is a long and eventful or adventurous journey or experience. Much of the same can be said about our own experiences with our body. Whatever our individual goals are – we’re on the journey together. That’s why we created ODYSSEY. To find our own adventures and head to the next level of ourselves.
